What is life coaching, exactly?
When defining coaching, the International Coaching Federation describes it as a process in which one person helps another person or group “enable sustained change” by supporting the coach’s self-directed learning and personal development (ICF). (1)

Between twelve and twenty sessions are scheduled throughout this duration. Coaching can help people find new jobs, new romantic partners, and new business ventures, to name just a few. (1)
