Pinocchio probably won't be a genuine kid right now, yet he most certainly is a genuine manikin.

Disney Plus has delivered the main trailer for "Pinocchio,"

a surprisingly realistic redo of the exemplary 1940 vivified film of a similar name, which stirs things up around town in September.

In light of the exemplary 1883 kids' book

"The Adventures of Pinocchio" by Italian writer Carlo Collodi,

"Pinocchio" stars Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, who gives his voice to the living manikin.

Pinocchio is the making of Geppetto (Tom Hanks), a childless woodcarver,

who wishes on a star for Pinocchio to turn into a genuine kid. His desire is heard by a Blue Fairy (Cynthia Erivo),

who visits his shop and rejuvenates the manikin. A thrilled Geppetto raises him like his own child, yet for Pinocchio to turn into a genuine kid rather than only a living manikin,

he'll have to go on a transitioning venture and figure out how to be caring, valiant, and valid.
